PouchNATION · Product & platform strategy · Current
One product strategy, many markets.
Context
PouchNATION is a platform business building for markets across Southeast Asia, South Asia, MENA, South America, and the EU. My mandate is to own product and platform strategy across that footprint.
The challenge
A distributed platform business doesn't usually fail on product quality — it fails because no one owns the whole picture, and every market drifts toward its own version of the truth. The job is to run one roadmap instead of five.
What I did
I own platform and payments product strategy across the target markets, driving alignment across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Sales toward a single source of truth. I manage the portfolio across MVP, scale, and enterprise tiers — sequencing the roadmap against commercial priorities so teams work on the highest-impact thing at each stage. And I designed and run a structured AI evaluation programme across six workflow categories, assessing tools against a productivity baseline, quality delta, cost model, and go/no-go with ROI — then rolling the selected tools out to the team with best practices.
How I led
Alignment across a geographically distributed organisation is the real work — communication rhythms and operating cadence that keep distant teams executing to one plan. [Specific initiatives and their outcomes to be added.]
Outcome
One coherent product and platform strategy across a multi-market org, and an AI-native operating model built on evidence rather than hype. [Business outcomes to be added as they land.]
What it proves
This is current, senior product and platform leadership — owning strategy across markets, sequencing a portfolio against commercial priorities, and standing up an AI-native operating model. It's the operator running the whole picture.
