Hello. I’m Piyush.
I’m an Experience Designer. I create product experiences that delight users.
I love to make things that matter. Things that have a real and lasting impact in people’s lives.
Experience Design is a design practice focused on human outcomes, particularly the level of engagement and satisfaction that the user derives from a product or service and the relevance of the experience to their needs and context. It is:
Iterative: identifying and resolving design challenges through cycles of creativity and user research.
Collaborative: involving specialists from various design and non-design disciplines, as well as project stakeholders and end users, in the design process.
Measurable: identifying both physical and emotional outcomes for the experience, and measuring success against these targets.
Experience Design consists of a multitude of disciplines. This great infographic from envis precisely shows the relationship between the various disciplines that experience design involves.
Where does Experience Design fit in a business ?
Experience Design takes into account the goals of your business, the needs of the user and the constraints of the technology in use. It then creates a solution that fits within the sweet spot that meets all their requirements.
What I do
Through user research, I am constantly learning and building a deeper understanding of user behavior.
I am constantly striving to create beautiful and engaging User Interfaces.
I code in HTML/CSS/JS. My understanding of them allows me to design interfaces that are realistic to develop.
“I’d definitely recommend Piyush for your user experience, as he brings insights you won’t even think about.”

What I’ve Worked On
I’ve helped create great experiences at many places. Here is a sample of the projects I’ve worked on.
“Being the richest man in the cemetery doesn’t matter to me. Going to bed at night saying we’ve done something wonderful… that’s what matters to me.”
